I'd buy 1000 CC [$10] and then buy your Rie, and trade the other 500 CC for something you can get more CC for [Basically, what I do with my CC xD]

I got 1500 CC for my guinstar [I was supposed to get 2500, to give you a better example, but their money was tight so I just let them keep her]

It just depends on who you're trading with..
