Get views, clicks, and feeds for it. If you look in the archives, it will tell you how many views, clicks, or feeds it needs to hatch. For the Pthali, it needs 100 feeds, so I'd suggest feeding other people's eggs and asking them to feed yours back if you want it to hatch more quickly. ^^ There are also sites, like Egg Cavern's click exchange, that will help your creature hatch.

@erik1999 When an egg is viewed on any page it gets one view. But views only update at 3:20AM ECT so you have to wait to see the view that is counted.
