What is a Puffup worth?

Someone @firegirl asked to trade my Puffup for something. He's totally untouched, no immortality, no nothing. What would he be worth?

Puffups are common cave creatures, so they aren't really worth anything. Sorry!

maybe a creature for the cave,usually only that.
