@cqpkytty The Egg Cave staff do actually have lives... I bet loads of people create tickets everyday (I know I do >.<" All of my tickets have been answered except from one I made just today). You probably just need to wait. Ian probably doesn't go through every single ticket when he comes online D:

@cqpkytty Maybe re-send the ticket? Or click the ticket link (Contact Us -> Click the red link in line with your ticket) and see if there's a response.

I did the latter. There wasn't. And then I posted on the ticket again 😋
(Posting on the ticket gets their attention just as well as sending a new ticket)

Well, as it was stated before, they do have lives ^^
Plus they probably read what they find most important first. :/
And sometimes I've sent in a ticket but they don't respond but they do address the problem...

There wasn't any problem, I was privately submitting a big plot idea xP
I sent in a ticket about it (when it was still unfinished) a few months ago, Ian sounded really interested.
Now it's finished and it feels like they're ignoring it! >.<
