How hard would it be to get a Frozen Snolo Egg?

I might buy CC sometime next week if I can convince my dad (which is pretty easy). I really want a Snolo, specifically a frozen egg. My offer would be:

-750 CC
-200k EC

I'll probably end up adding more, but I don't really know what eggs I'll have by then (I'm currently hosting a contest)

I'm not sure how hard it would be.
It would depend on how many Frozen Snolo eggs there are, and if anyone is willing to trade them.

You'd have to ask around, but that sounds like a good deal for one.
You should be able to find one.
