I acquired an egg and it was booked in Tim's Food Shoppe. I'm going to be away for the next five days, and their stay expires in two. Is there any way I can take the egg out and change how long they stay there?

Nope, but don't worry. They will only lose about 10 happiness each day. It'l have at least 60 happiness when you return.
