Search engine for forums

Sometimes I need to find a topic that I posted in before. I'd have to scroll through all my recent posts.
My idea is to make this simpler and have a search bar for the forums.
Agree?

I'm neutral about the idea. Why not just use hashtags? Tag all your topics, so you can use the search feature for hashes.

Well, sometimes I find a RP that has no hashtags and lost it and need to find it.
But I do agree a bit.

Not many people use hashtags. I really don't.
