They don't switch spontaneously, they're either lying or it's a glitch 😊

A spontaneous gender change is a glitch, it's not supposed to happen and as far as I know it doesn't happen often. I'm pretty sure it happened to me once, though I don't remember the pet, I have too many so I forgot XD

Other than that you can buy gender changes if you want em 😊
