I don't think this is okay to do.
While yes you did create it,
you used a copy-righted game to do so.

The eyes and other body accessories are going to be copy-righted by the game, as well as the body pattern.

I'm sorry but I think it's copy-righted.

I can see your point of view, but I think that it's simply a tool used to make up the critters I see in my brain.
