Does anyone know how to make a customized Neopets userlookup?

I'm looking to have one made for my account; nothing TOO fancy, just something neat-looking. If anyone knows how to do this, could they please respond, or send me a PM?

I'm not sure else where to put this thread, so...sorry.

As in, I know how it's supposed to be done, but I don't have any idea how to do it.
You have to change the HTML code. I could probably figure it out somehow, except I don't know how to find where the HTML code *IS*. >.<

@cqpkytty I have my own lookup that I made with HTML codes, but I want something different, and I can't figure out how to do it myself. It's frustrating!
