Brendon sat near the pond not looking up as his dark curly hair fell onto his face.He sighed deeply picking up a stick and trailin it through the cystal glass waters as small fish Lept and swam.

Aizel was still hugging the small hurt mouse to her chest as she walked over and sat next to Brendon. She looked at the ground dully and after a moment looked up and extended the hand with the tiny mouse in it.
"He's upset" she whispered to the mouse, glacning at it expactantly as if she expectad it to talk back.

Brendon looked over "Humph.." he grumbled turning away scratching what seemed like Bad cuts and bruises on his arms."It's not like it can speak.." Brendon said at last but didn't lift his head.

Aizel cocked her head, looking at the gashes and cuts on his arms.
"He's hurt..." she whispered again, voice filled with concern. She took one of his arms and inspected it worriedly. "Who would hurt him like this?" she asked the mouse again.

Aizel sighed.
"Tell me, Brendon, who did this to you?" her voice was soft but firm and demanding. It was clear that she wouldn't take no for an answer.

Brendon raised his head."Erm well...I was tied in a straight jacket..tried to escape but the wires they attatched tore and ripped at my bare skin..then I dislocated my shoulder once and when I finally calmed down the people freed me.." he said in a muffled whisper.

Aizel proceeded in staring at him strangely. She blinked once, twice, snapping out of her daze.
"You're... a kind person ... those bad people shouldn't have tied you up." she whispered nack, ressuringly. She looked at the mouse and then extended her hand, smiling at it. "He's a good boy, don't you think?" she curiously said to it, smiling. The mouse just blinked a few times. Aizel smiled widely, exnteding her hand closer to Brendon's shoulder. "He likes you" she chirped, letting the mouse climb on his shoulder and curl up on it.

Brendon looked at her "I threatend to kill them all..that's why..." he said his voice ashamed and hurt.He looked at the mouse but said nothing "Aye we're all mad but better then being some sort of slum pogerry!" laughed the Hatter madly.

Aizel patted the boy on the back. "It's alright, we're all outcasts here, right? We get along pretty well, don't we?" she smiled one of her rare true smiles, glancing at the Hatter. "Tell him that it's okay to be mad. You know best, right?" she chirped.

Brendon nodded but felt a weird tingle go up his spine "uh uh.." he said his eyes blank then his pupils faded to just white eyes.He fell back on the soft grass and his fingers began to twitch.

Aizel's eyes widened and she was by Brendon's side in the matter of seconds.
"Brendon??!!?" she tried waking him up, sheking his shoulders but when that failed miserably, she turned around. "Zaylia, what's wrong with him?" she was clearly frightened.

Zaylia gulped watching the girl trying to awake him.Then a beam of light and they stood in a long hallway the walls looked freshly painted with white "This is a memory drift..this is his past.." she explained as she glanced down."Beep beep" came from loads of rooms.Then across there was one room labled "Room 421 Room of Strain" it said.

Wairly glancing at the titled door number, Aizel looked at Zaylia. "Is this all a dream for him? How does this happen?" she asked quietly.

"It's a dream..a memory we are still in the garden but this is an illusion.." she explained but a scream reached her ears.The screaming was coming from the room "Oh my god" she jumped back in shock.The bangs and squeals of pain kept coming."This might not be a nice sight..brace yourselves.." Zaylia whispered to them.

Hatter looked through the window on the door "It's.." he said as he looked in."This is a mental Hospital.." he stated looking in the window when more shouts echoed the hallway. Hatter was close to Katia who he had dragged along.

"Was he kept HERE?" she knew that he'd been kept in amental ward but this was far beyond the limits of her imagination. Blood caked on the walls, nail sctratches on the doors, crazy pscychos everywhere.

@jupiter_hollow epic drawings... But Katia looks all old and stuff 0.0 I always imagined her as a chibi-ish character with big eyes and bows... I'm so picky! XD but the drawings themselves ARE AH-MAZING!

Hatter nodded at Katias remark "Scarier then a snaggle pushed Into a crago.." he said.Zaylia nodded and pointed to a sign "St Jacens Hospital for the Mad and Killers" then a Man walked down holding a folder " He is our most dangerous patient killed two nurses his whole family stabbed a doctor in the jaw.." the man to a doctor."Crap grab him and bring him out!" the man roared as the door flew open and three nurses came out holding someone struggling hard in a straight jacket covered in spikes and barb wire.The persons face was hidden but dark black wavy hair blocked it.The person struggled more times.

@jupiter_hollow lol XD well don't worry bout it.. But would Katia be able to jump on the hatters back if she was a grown up? She is quite mature in the apocalypse because she likes Steve, but in all the others she is chibi-ish little Katia 😃 I might upload one of my drawings of her if Amy lets me XD

The man walked up the the patient "Ah Brendon..mass murderer..here and outside.." he started but a croaky and sore sounding voice interrupted "I dont mean it I-I" he started but couldnt think of a word to say.The man chuckled Turnkng away but that's all Brendon wanted.He kicked the nurses and a loud crack and a yell of pain Brendon took the jacket off.His shoulder was bruised but he took out a knife and threw it just missing the man.

Aizel clamped a hand over her mouth.
"Why would they do such a thing to him?" she asked, looking at Zaylia quizzically. "He was just unstable, not dangerous, right? Just unstable"

Her mind had begun working in strange ways after the scene with Carlaline's beheading. Her brain refused to let negative thoughts in as if it was protected from grief and pain. Inisde, though, sorrow was tearing her heart apart.
