Definitely ask for them back. That person doesn't deserve to have them.

I hope that if that user is reading this, they learn that it's really not ok to take advantage of others.

I'm sure that person will do the right thing eventually...

(hopefully that sentence totally just gave whoever it was a guilt trip xD)

It's good to untangle yourself from all these pixels. What matters is how YOU behave. You are not responsible for the actions of others. This may be the first but probably not the last time you'll be tricked - there are plenty of good people but plenty of fraudsters too.

Take a lesson from this and be more circumspect and less trusting about who you might rely on and call friend in future. Most people are lucky to have 5 real friends.

You're ok. You lost a little cash but are well and have enough to eat. In the scheme of things - not a big deal. Don't let it eat at you. Turn your back on this unpleasant person and get on with RL.
