Recreating Memories

I know I haven't been posting around the forums as of recently, but I thought it'd be nice of me to let you all know that I'm still here, I'm alive and well.

This afternoon I had just gotten home from school, I had received a message on Facebook from one of my good friends, her little sister which also happens to be my best friend had adopted a baby duckling, sadly her mother wouldn't allow her to keep the duckling since she had no time to take care of him, so they new I had once owned a duck in the past and they said I was free to adopt him, so I immediately rushed to my parents because our last duck had been a big part of a family, we weren't thinking of replacing him, just recreating memories, and so I talked to my parents and they all agreed that we could adopt him, I've been thinking about what I'd like to name him and one of the names that mostly everyone agreed upon was Stanley.

Stanley will be arriving on Thursday, I'm not sure of the time but I am very excited to have a new little member of the family!

Whenever people have ducks though, I can't help but think of Joey and Chandler from Friends. XD

Once you get him, we can swap duck pictures. xD
