The New War RP

[PLOT]

You were created in a facility. Grown from the embryo. Except you are different. You were infused with not another human reproductive cell, but something else. A plant or animal. You were never self-aware. You know basic things though. You have personalities, different looks. You were created because another country looms over your country, threatening war. But legend says that they have a weakness, a crystal. It gives life to the leader, to the kingdom You must find it. You must destroy it. You were released prematurely, the facility was bombed, by the country attacking with war. You wake up in the ruins of the facility.

Month is June. The facility is embedded a bit into a large forest, on the area of not-forest, there is the cities. The forest is flanked on the other side by mountains. The thinnest area through the mountains is aways away with two mountains in your path. Past that is the other country.

Occasional raids come in over from the mountains to the cities to bomb and drop people. Some scouts are every once in a while sent into the forest. I'm going to control when the raids come in.

You are half human half another living organism. But the changes are not over a specific area of your body. Nobody has wings, odd ears, extra legs, or a tail. The genes didn't take over a whole area of your body, you are blended, not chunked. You may have some slightly scaly skin, maybe some cat-like eyes, or even slightly feathery hair, but not big changes. You are dressed (luckily there were some clothes when you came out of the rubble naked), in a white t-shirt and some black jeans. Nothing else.

You are all different ages, depending on what you are half of, like a tree would be young, a bird older, and when you were simply created. You don't have a memory, but you know the average things about your life, that there is a war on your country, that the city is east, the mountains and other country is west, that trees have leaves, and so on. Your mind depends on you as well, but remember you were made in a facility, and only awoke today.

Looks: Red hair, orange cat eyes, white shirt and black jean scirt, her nails are a bit sharp at the ends.
Personality: Shy but keen and a swift thinker she usually can get out of bad situations and is good to have around if someone wants to know WHAT exactly you are.
Skills: Climbing tree's, bad at getting down though. Attacking. Lying

Looks: (couldn't find a good pic) Eclipse has long jet black hair with slim cat like amber eyes. She is slender and has very tanned skin. Her nails are unnaturally long and sharp and that is both an advantage as well as a disadvantage in combat.
Personality: Eclipse is a somewhat cold, but fierce, warrior.
Skills: Stealth, combat, somewhat intelligent (fast learner)
Weaknesses/disadvantages: Antisocial, WAY too much of a loner, and can be helpless in battle on her own if she is losing, she also can be too aggressive for her own good...

Eclipse was on a hard cot... people were standing over her, insulting her. They didn't think her brain was... Brain? She couldn't see well. She couldn't hear very well either. Suddenly she heard a rumble. The people ran, leaving her defenseless. She wanted to run but... Her faint consciousness of her surroundings faded... The world went blank...

Scared... food... water... SAFETY... Help...

Eclipse's eyes shot open. Her heart was beating like a smaller animal... A rabbit? was that one of those big brown things or her prey? She would figure it out later. First order of business, survivors. She got up gently... Ouch! Her leg was injured... somehow. She sat back down. It must be broken, she thought. She gritted her teeth, tried not to use her leg, and got up.

It felt like she was being crushed by a huge chunk of wall and metal. Sylpha's eyes opened. Oh wait, she was being crushed by a wall and a piece of technology. Her head pounded with pain. How did she get in this situation? She squirmed, trying to get it off of her for a second. She couldn't find the energy to move the rubble though. She remembered... Nothing. Not one thing. But she knew a lot of information, just no idea where it came from and...
Sylpha's muscles ached and after a couple minutes of breathing, she pushed the rubble off of her. Well, not a lot, some only shifted.

Alex glanced around her head was aching, wihere was she? She was strapped to a table-bed thing and then as she tried to remember why she was there her mind went blank. All thoughts left her head and she just sat there. She then noticed the men they seemed to be talking but then they were running. Then they had disappeared, Alex wondered why they had run away. She had no time to find out because she suddenly blacked out.

Alex's eyes shot open and she glanced around, everything seemed to be in ruins. What had happened? Suddenly her tongue passed over her teeth she gasped and stuck a finger over one of her canine teeth. It was slightly sharp and pointy and then she ran her fingers through her hair, it felt weird and fur like. What was wrong with her? Her mind went blank again and she blacked out again.

She lay breathing heavily for a couple minutes. She had tried to shift the rubble again, but she accidentally lifted it a bit and it had come crushing down on her. Her chest heaved to gain some air, but once she had recovered, she was back to shoving it over. Her muscles already ached and she was making little progress. She felt below her. More rubble. that was going to make this harder. She shifted and started rolling to one side of the rubble. Ow. She stopped after one roll, but at least she gained more ground. She took a deep breath and pushed it again.

Eclipse realized she had most likely gotten it easy when it came to getting out-she didn't know how in the world. She had ended up mostly on top of the debris. She was curious, but grateful. She saw and heard movement to her far right. She limped over to the... Whatever it was. She looked closer and saw it was human... Mostly. She had - scales?

There was something moving... She moved her head to see what it was. Another person? But wait, that can't be right... Claw-like nails, and cat-like eyes. But they change a lot during the light, so her eyes would be normal in the dark. Why was she thinking this?

Alex sol. Some up and groaned in pain. She glanced around and saw that her foot was trapped under a large amount of debris. She looked around and saw a girl with......scales? And another girl that she couldn't tell if the girl had any changes. "Why are we like this?" She though out loud to herself.

She looked around, so there were more people here. Okay.
"Explosion?" She continued pushing the rubble for a few seconds again. She couldn't get distracted and lose time. No, time was important. She didn't know why, but she didn't know why for a lot of things. They just were. Like she just was being slowly crushed to death. No idea why.

Eclipse was surprised when the snake human said, "hi," and after another said, "Why are we like this?" she blinked (her version of extreme surprise) How could she have missed the movement?!
She was scolding herself silently as the snake said, "Explosion?" She wanted to scream, "Well, I guess it could be a random pile of charred ruins made of dense METAL." But didn't. All she said was, "Yup. From what I've seen.



OMG she is just like Fang. Except I hope there won't be a Red Haired Wonder...
