Overnighting?

Is there any way to do something similar to the "overnighting" of eggs on the old egg cave? I really want an Elge and haven't been able to find one in my 10 tries =].

Argh, goshdarnit. @princeling, overnighting was something you could do on the old eggcave. You would find the egg you wanted in the cave after however many tries, keep that page up, then when it hit midnight, adopt the egg.
