"Well we will be close enough by the time this is through so sure." She looked over her shoulder at Lucas. "You too." She smiled. The purple man stopped in front of a large grey door and opened it. "This will be your living space. Each of you has your own bed and there are restrooms for females and males. You may choose your bunks now."

"THAT ONE IS MINE!" Mist yelled at the top bunk of three, closest to the bathroom, claiming it fully by sitting on it.

Rosaline picked her bunk and laid down. She glanced at Lexi and Mist. "Hi, I'm Rosaline.... Where are we?" Rosaline started to shiver. Something was wrong. First she was in her bedroom, next thing she was in a dark area.

"Wow... I just got knocked out and then the next thing I remember is waking up in that dark truck thing." She looked over at Mist sympathetically. Then she turned to the new girl. "This is Mist, and that is Lucas. I think we have been captured by aliens, as strange as that seems... we are their new lab rats..."

It was morning, and the 'sun' shone a blinding ray of purple. Rosaline had to close her eyes when she woke up. "Lexi, Lucas, Mist, are you awake? I don't think we are on Earth anymore..." She stared at the purple sun.

"Yeah. My brother and parents." She started to tear up, but was trying really hard not to cry. She continued her voice was shaky, "We were with family friends too... I just hope that none of them got taken away." Lexi gave up all control and started sobbing.
