I'm not sure how much users value Unchagas so I'd have to give my opinion based on the weighted rarity and how old of an LE they are.
600-700CC? o.o I could be wrong... their weighted rarity is 19

It depends on the stage, 1st stage are super-rare and the eggs more so. However the last stage most people don't find desirable, so you have to find someone who actually wants one, I would say around 500CC 😊

They are worth uhmmm... maybe 500 CC? It mostly depends on who likes unchagas or not... but, they're not worth a goldox, baistay, olimpt, neither ragon.
