They notice!

So if you may have known from past thread, my weight has been an issue for me over the past several months. I've been trying to lose it, successfully to some degree, but it still felt very frustrating.

Well, I was starting to get particularly frustrated because even though the scale has been going down and down and down some more every month, nobody seems to have noticed. Sure, my mom and my sister would tell me how skinny I look, but they have to say that, right? My one really close friend told me it looked like I lost weight as well, but again, isn't she kind of obligated to say that?

But then this weekend I get comments from a close friend of my mom's friend. And her daughter, my close friend but not one to toss compliment around.
today a friend of mine noticed, and it means a lot to me because this girl is honest. Not mean honest, but she won't sugarcoat anything and she won't tell you "you got skinny" if you do infact look like a land whale. It was so bluntly stated, as if a fact, but I know that's how she gives compliments, so I just let myself get the fuzzies. ❤️

So I guess these little things mean a lot to me because I was beginning to this weight loss was fake and all in my head and my scale was broken.
I personally don't notice anything other than a few loosely fitting clothes and the fact I've done down a couple sizes. I still look the same to me. But I guess that's to be expected.

Yay! Do you have any pictures of yourself before? You could compare and then you would notice the change more.

I'm very camera shy, so I really only have pics of myself from the shoulders up. However, my professionally done ones probably could be compared.😊
