Rarities?

I have a question about rarities... Do high numbers mean they are rare or do low mean they're rare?

The lower the less in existence, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're rarer. For example an Iccilah has a lower number than a Tine but the Tine is worth far more/rarer. 😊

And for travels, it is the opposite of creatures rarities, the lower number for travels rarities means they are common/harder to find if likeable.
