Aizel plopped down next to him, still looking at him with wide eyes.
"Mister..." she inquired. "You're hurt."

The statement was obvious, hence the vivid and visible bruises on his neck, face, arms and also every bit of exposed flesh.
"Did the lady do anything to you?" she asked with a small, worried voice.

Brendon turned "Ah nothing.." he lied quickly but somewhat convincing. Brendon scratched the stinging skin as it throbbed terribly. Brendon looked at Aizel and with a whimper of pain, he tried to stand up."I'm fine.." he said in a slurred voice.

A moment later, the door swung open and a blood red pair of eyes scanned the room. Every living thing inside cowered in fear as Xorne entered and began walking among the people.

Everyone knew all too well what the boy was capable of. He was a maniac in all means and was often homicidal.

Strange enough, upon seeing him, Aizel jumped up.
"Eks(pronounced X)!" she beamed and hugged him tightly.

The boy smiled and ruffled her hair.
"Ey, Aiz." he replied.

The girl turned to Brendon and pointed at him.
"Eks, Mister needs help. The evil woman hurt him." she exclaimed, tugging on his sleeve.

Xorne just eyes Brendon with a raised eyebrow and nonchalantly flicked his wirst.
"He's fine. There's nothing wrong with him." he reassured.

Brendon growled "See, told ye!" he answered in a muffled whisper as he walked away pulling out a blade. It was a small knife, which had dark red stains splattered upon it. Brendon ran his fingers across the sharp edges of the knife causing his fingertips to bleed slightly. He seemed oblivious to the boy who had entered but did indeed know he was behind him. Brendon smirked to himself manically.

Xorne himself was a crazed pshycho most of the time, but decided to play hero. He pulled Aizel behind him and looked at Brendon.
"Stand back Aiz. He's dangerous. He has a knife." he didn't waste a chance to smirk at the boy in front of him.

Aizel stood with a confused expression.
"But Mister isn't dangerous... he's Mister." she stated simply, wondering what Xorne was talking about.

Brendon turned around and gave a slight snarl "Sure! Isn't everyone here? Well most!" he said another demonic smile appearing on his face. His eyes shifted towards something crumbled underneath the sofa. Brendon slowly began to walk over and kneeled, picking up a piece of paper. He saw it and recognised it straight away. It was a drawing of a surprisingly detailed drawing of a cat sticking a knife into its chest but seemed to be laughing madly. In the corner it said "Brendon O' Riley aged 14"

Brendon felt the memories come back but tried to dimiss them.

Aizel quickly padded over to the boy and peeked over his shoulder. A childish smile tugged at her lips.
"Kitty." she exclaimed and grinned.

Xorne hurried over.
"Aizel, what did I tell you about him?" he scolded.

Brendon glared at the boy "Let her do what she wants! I'm hardly going to kill her!" Brendon snarled stepping up towards him and raising his eyebrows. Brendon then looked at Aizel and a smile tugged at his lips "Yeah.." he said in a soft voice nodding at Aizel.

@jupiter_hollow how about Xorne and Brendon could have been enemies ever since they came here?

Xorne raised an eyebrow and frowned angrily. He walked over and loomed over the boy.
"Be careful about what you say, kid." he hissed dagerously.

Aizel's eyes widened. Eks was going to do his usual morning beating routine and normally she wouldn't mind but it was Mister that he was going to beat and she really didn't like that.

Brendon let out a scoff "Whatcha going to do? I'm just as mad as you! Hitting me wont help either of us!." he said as Brendon's eyes seemed evil and cold. "Besides Aizel has her own perspective and you don't have to boss her around.. I would never harm her.." he said narrowing his eyes, clutching the knife tightly in his hand.

Xorne chuckled. He flashed his trademark smirk, stepping a tad closer to Brendon. Raising an eyebrow, he looked at the boy witha blank expression and blinked nonchalantly.
"Do you really think you have a chance against me?" he asked calmly, stone cold voice piercing the silence. The whole room had quieted down, waiting for one of the boys to make his move. "You're pathetic." he stated simply, fixing him with an icy glare.

Brendon smirked "Nahh I like to call it..insane!" he said pushing the boy out of his way beginning to leave. Brendon then shot a cheeky smile and left the room. Brendon took out his knife before scraping the wall, leaving a line of markings. Brendon then shouted a curse but it his voice went silent afterwards.

A confused blink later, Aizel tugged on Xorne's sleeve.
"Eks, what's a perspective?" she asked, her eyes wide and curious. A minute later, Xorne's sincere laugher filled the room.

Soon, a nurse came and walked over to Aizel, waiting for her and the boy to finish talking so she could take her to her room. Aizel gasped.
"Oh no! Anelia! She was sleeping and nw she's probably and awake and all alone!" the girl exclaimed and darted to her room, spotting Brendon nearby before she entered and hugged the doll that lay on her bed.

Brendon gave a nod towards Aizel before turning.Brendon walked into his room and glanced around. It had other beds, obviously for the others who stayed in this room also. Brendons bed was at the other side in the corner. Around it on the walls were drawings of madness such as violent animals, crazy murderers and excreta. Brendon plopped on his bed and lay back. Not asleep, just daydreaming.

As if on queue, the door was flung open again and the same redhead walked in - Xorne.
"Hello Mister Pathetic," he chuckled, smirking at Brendon and plopped down onto the bed nearby. He flashed a grin and propped himself up on his elbows.
"I'm your roomie now." he smiled.

Brendon opened one eye "Oh great!" he said sarcastically once again closing the eye. Brendon sat up and examined his drawings on the walls. Brendon scoffed lying down on the noisy bed. Brendon's knife was lodged into the wall above his bed. His arms were scarred and seemed to have cuts bleeding at the moment.

"Aww, don't be sad Emo freak, at least you're across from the doll's room. Ain't she stupid?" he asked, referring to Aizel. He chuckled again evilly.

Brendon sat up "She ain't stupid! She is just confused..there's a big difference." he spat glaring at the walls for some reason. He was offended by the last comment "Emo Freak" however he had heard enough times already to try to ignore it.

"She doesn't know what a personality means for christ's sake, do you honestly decided to defend her? You're crazy, I'm crazy, everyone's crazy, 'cept her, she's stupid. And you're an Emo Freaks. honestly, who gave you the snake bites... a blind dentist?" he burst out laughing suddenly.

Brendon had lost his temper and grabbed the knife from the wall and in a flash was holding it agaisnt Xornes neck "You honestly need to think before you speak!" he said spitting in his face "I put the snake bites in m'self actually so you can stop trying to be funny!" he hissed at the boy holding the dagger closer to his neck. For a sixteen year old boy, Brendon did have some amount of strength but it wasn't the best."Being mad is not a good thing..but she isn't stupid..just confused!"

Xorne had been just about to avalanche the boy with punches but a pair of kohl eyes had peered into the room.
"Mister!" Aiel exclaimed, standing in the doorway in a laced nightgown. It was time for sleep, of course, but she couldn't sleep so she had decided to take a stroll. She blinked in confusion.

Brendon gave Xorne one last death glare before getting up and scraping his own skin with the knife "Hey Aizel.." he said in a muffled whisper, falling onto the bed and not looking up. He felt unstable again as he tucked himself into a ball and began to hum a eerie song.

"What are you two doing?" she asked curiously and was soon tugged by Worne to his on his bed. The boy smiled at her. "We're becoming friends." he chuckled.

She smiled as well.
"So you'll be friends. That'd be good." she agreed, cocking her head at Brendon and eyeing the knife he had in his hand.

Brendon didn't look up but took the knife and stuck it into the wall quickly. His memories haunted him still. Even after three years. Brendon bit his lip and pulled the blankets over himself.

Xorne chuckled, petting Aizel's hair. In his eyes, the boy was just a whimp, scared of his past an afraid fo everything.

Aizel just scrambled over to Brendon, crouched down next to him and poked the blanket where his head was supposed to be.

Brendon pulled the blanket off and glanced at Aizel before looking at his bed sadly. His eyes seemed scared and petrified. He was worried about how his madness could cause his families death..but could it happen again? Three years in "help" didn't do anything except recall those horrid images. His hatred to this place was quite clear.

Aizel smiled. She petted Brendon's head with a sheepish grin and plopped down onto the floor next to his bed.
"Mister, what's you name?" she asked inquisitivelly.

Brendon glanced up "Brendon.." he mumbled lying back and letting out a deep sigh. He coughed scratching his chin and looking around the room. It was big enough however, he felt strangely claustrophobic. He shifted uneasily and felt as if the walls were closing in "Nyeh!" he cried shaking his head.
