It is about a city called Phormonia.The city is a very musical cityand everyone has a specific talent for music.But suddenly.. dark cloud rushes by and soaks(steals) the city's musical talent.There are soe children born on that day...the day..of the storm..and they are the only ones who can help.

Meanwhile..Ikuto walks silently around an alley way.For 9 year olds..he was one who did not go to school.He was afraid to get caought with his powers.He wandered.He saw a flash and he shrank back,quickly,but it was too late.The flash sank into him and he fell into darkness.
