greetings and salutations, my earthlings. lovely to meet you.

my user-name is osmium. my real name is eustace, and i am a male. i am from the united states of america.

the reason for my user-name is that it is my favorite element on the periodic table, something that i enjoy studying. i also enjoy other types of science.

please do not make fun of science in front of me. i am studying to become a nasa rocket scientist. i would be glad to discuss science with you. i have a rather large knowledge of it. 😊

osmium is a hard blue-black or -gray transition metal and is the densest natural element. it's used for fountain tip pens and electrical contacts, and more. thanks for asking.
thank you for welcoming me. your profile creature interests me greatly. i wonder if the egg-cave artists use actual scientific theories to create the coloring?
as in, a real animal would not be able to appear naturally green unless it contained chlorophyll, which would make it an autotroph.

Well, parrots have green feathers, and THEY don't have chlorophyll. So, why not green fur? Or green scales, or green skin (as in frogs/toads/etc)? 😋
Or, some creatures on Egg Cave actually are plants, such as the Rosse, Kinump, and Treelar.

And then, there's the Ecorth...Not really sure what that one is. 😋

I dont think they use scientific theories... ^^ These creatures are just out of our imaginations ^^; If you check the "Archives" under the "Explore" tab, youd see the list of creatures we have 😊
