Eh, I don't think that 10 CC is worth the Luxury Beaches.* But how much EC do you think is fair for the Desert of the Fallen?


I've seen people sell travels like Haunted Woods, Desert of the Fallen, and Moontops for 50 CC. Luxury Beaches would be worth A LOT more than 50 CC, too.
