egg not evolving?

It's been a day or so since one of my eggs got the required number of feeds for it to evolve, but the image hasn't changed. I checked the FAQ and cleared my cache as it suggested, but that didn't help. Is there a certain period of time it takes to change or?

@dazzlewolf - Usually it's supposed to change at 3:00 am, I think.

After 3:20ish am EC time today, refresh it a few times. 😊 Refreshing is needed sometimes.
