A paperclip trade is when you start off with a common egg and you put it up for trade and add "paperclip trade" in the message box before you submit it. The idea is that an older user, or a user that has lots of better eggs, will trade you an egg that's worth more than what you're offering. Then you'll put THAT egg up for another paperclip trade and so on until you can get certain rare eggs. It all relies on the kindness of others essentially haha it's a tough thing. Doesn't always work :/
