I wanted people to help me feed but then I noticed a forum notice in the forum saying you can't ask for views, clicks nor feeds...uh now what?

What the long title says. If you go in the forum, there's a forum notice on the top of the page below the banner saying that asking for feeds, clicks and views isn't allowed anywhere on Egg Cave...but many people have been doing that so what's the deal with that warning? I was about to ask people to help me feed my featured since it's my birthday tomorrow and I wanted her to hatch but then I noticed it. Someone explain to me?

The notice only just went up today, I think. I don't remember it being in the forum rules :s

I guess the exchanging and "feeding coves" topics are allowed (like 'Give me coves to feed' and/or 'Feed XXX and I'll feed back'). It doesn't say that those aren't allowed.
