Siren-
I keep on grumbling as I slither down the tree. I land lightly and look at my shoes. I really needed a new pair, but was running low on money. I think of kicking them off and just going barefoot.

Damien-
He glances around, seeing, or not seeing his sister. He shrugs and finishes his latte quickly and heads off down the street.

Jessa walked through the forest through to an old oak tree. She climbed it easily her tail balancing her. She took out her phone and call Siren. She waited for her to pick up and tried not to yawn.

My phone vibrates and I absently wonder how I could be getting service up here. I pull out the phone and put it to my ear without looking at caller ID. "Hello?"

Aphrodite-
I hang up, "How does she do that?!" I mutter to myself, tilting my right wing down. The motion causes me to turn around and I fly to the oak. I land on a large top branch ad see Jessa. "Hey, what's up?" I ask, climbing down onto her branch.

"Jessa! There's nothing to worry about." I say, extending my right wing. I wrap the wing around her carefully. I thought of Jessa as the sister I never had.

"Thanks." Jessa's ears twitched and she looked around. A chuckle came from one of the branches of the tree. A lion tail tickles Jessa's nose so that she sneezes.

"Thanks for getting snot all over my tail!" Jessa grabbed the tail and yanked hard so that John would fall off the tree branch.

I roll my eyes and jump down a branch, looking at the two. I give a laugh and let my wings unfold slightly.

The two jumped out of the tree. Well, Jessa jumped, John fell. "What do you think your doing? Ease dropping is very nice." Jessa crossed her arms and her tail flicked.

"Yes, but what would you do without me? I am you adopted big brother." John pointed out the facts that Jessa didn't know.

"Yes, I don't have tail!" Jessa was tempted to slap him but instead she turned to Siren. "Come on, let's leave Siren. I'll race you!"

"Siren, let's just go. I'm getting hungry anyway." Jessa ran away to the cafe. She so hungry and was a little drowsy. "Nothing espresso won't fix." She ordered a sandwich with espresso. She looked around and saw people giving her looks.

Jessa quickly ate her sandwich and drank her espresso. She kept looking out the window watching for John. "He's crazy, Siren, are you sure he didn't tell you anything weird?"
