What do you like about EggCave?

I've seen way too much negativity lately. Way too much. About the Chocob re draw, about the 4th of July. And I hope you guys understand how much effort Ian and the other site creators must put into this site.

I've accepted that you can't make everyone happy, ever, but...

It makes me sad, and has sort of made me want to leave the site.

So I'm making this topic to share the positives about eggcave.

Please only post positive things on this thread!

So please, what do you like about EggCave? What events have you enjoyed? Your favourite creature? Just share some positive things here! =D




I, personally, really enjoy being able to have a lot of creatures!

I really enjoy how cute some of the creatures are and a couple nice people that helped me out when I joined!

I may only be seven months old, but I really enjoyed the Easter Egg Hunt. Where I got my lovely Mouflon. =D

I enjoy the creatures, and the art (some may be unoriginal but I don't care) and I like the variety of pets..i wish there were more different species but I am not complaining! 😃

I agree! While I feel there are many dogs and cats and birds and ect, they're all done in such a way that I find it very enjoyable and I don't mind!

Agreed and I personally like how the elge was brought back because i traded mine a few months ago and I miss it but now i can get another!

My favorite thing about eggcave is the creatures and nice users 😊 I 99% like what Ian gives us and stuff. So far nothing about this site turns me off, just the negativity, but I ignore that as much as I can. I just wish he would tell us when CRW starts, I love that event! xD

I really like the site itself & how "small" it is. That's why I stayed.

I love the peeps here.
Though I don't deny some I'd rather not have to see again ^^"

I also love the laid-back "atmosphere" & how everyone isn't as whiny or aggressive as on other sites [those people can get really scary during arguments or if you say/post something just the slightest bit off ;A;]

And I like how you can collect stuff 😃

I love how friendly everyone is on here, I love how you can be yourself and wouldn't be judged, I love how creatures are so adorable, I love the excitingness you get when you get a rare creature from trading, I love how users are able to get their suggestions made into real creatures, I love..oh, there's just so much more to name! 😊

That's very true!

I love that we can actually get suggestions made and that Ian seems to actually care about our opinions and take them int consideration.

I enjoy that with the roleplays, too.

Though, right after a friend and I made our roleplays literate, with Mary Sue rules and literacy rules, and a separate thread for chat, I saw a couple people do it right after.

I enjoy starting things like that! It hasn't picked up much but a couple others did follow our lead. One user even asked if I minded if she used my rules. It made me feel hopeful for the future of roleplays on this site.
