Well first, I think it might be helpful that I've come down with a bit of insomia.

Every night now, I lie in bed for HOURS. I try to sleep, but I just can't get my eyes shut. THey snap wide open.

Last night I got in to bed, and whenever I tried turning on my side to face the window, I started to get extremely dizzy. I faced upwards, and I felt better, then I turned again and I got dizzy.

Then there's another thing that's happened the past two night. At like, 3: 30 am, when I'm still tossing and turning, at some point I'd try to take a breath and a burning pain would spread on the left side of my lower chest or stomach. Like... A ton of needles being stabbed in the side of my rib cage. I'd breathe out, and when I tried to inhale again, the pain came back. It keeps me from being able to breathe for a while.

And my eye. My left eye keeps twitching again, and it hasn't done that for over a year!

Can someone help me?

Maybe it's because of the heat? Try placing a fan in your room, or opening the window. I once had something similar to your chest pain after taking a breath. I waited a few hours and the pain went away, so I could breathe again. Drink water, it may help.

@Chibidarkness Last night was actually pretty calm though, temperature-wise. The air was cold, but my blanke was warm, so it was pretty even. At 3 am, I can't wake up to get a glass of water though. I just live with it for a second. I'm just worried that I might be sick...

@dreamer

Like a chronic disease? I don't know anything about medicine, but I suggest to just wait around and see if the pain is still here. You should ask a doctor if you still feel sick.

@dreamer

I get that pain from time to time, and I get scared. Sometimes, I wonder if it's the right thing to do by ignoring it...

Maybe, see a doctor?

@Dreamer

I get that chest pain sometimes, too. I think it has something to do with your Diaphragm, The dizziness I cant explain, and the twitching is from the stress u give off from not sleeping...

@faybaybay
You get dizzy when you stand up too fast because you have a strong heart. With a strong heart, it takes longer for your heart to beat since it's stronger, and when you stand up you run out of blood for a few seconds until enough blood gets to your head. Same thing happens to me 😊

@Dreamer: about what Chibidarkness said, about the water, you could freeze a bottle of water an put it by your bed so when you wake up its melted, but (hopefully) still cold 😊 Im not sure about the other things though... Sorry ☚ī¸ I hope you find out soon though 😊

@dreamer I hope you're okay. I've never gotten that before but maybe drinking some warm water or tea before you go to bed and after you wake up would help. I suggest going to a doctor too. :T
