@crooton1 That means you get one free CC from anyone. And it doesn't matter if you post it for someone else, you still get the upper hand here.

@crooton1 i know you mean well, but starting an "official gifting thread" really isn't a good idea.

/gifting/ is awesome. starting threads like this, though, causes a TON of beggars to come out of the woodworks, and eventually it will turn into nothing but a beggar thread. TRUST me...its much better to do random gifting. it will only be abused this way. there was even a WAR on neopets about it. trust me....doesn't end well.

random gifting = good
set up official gifting = bad

i didn't say don't make a thread about gifting ever...just not an "official" gifting thread. do you play neopets? if you've ever been to the NC boards you'd know what i mean. tnt had to BAN making gifting boards because they got out of hand. it starts off sweet and innocent, but eventually it gets overrun by beggars.

i'm not saying anything against gifting...i was on the board yesterday gifting people too. but if you try to make a board ALL the time, it will turn into nothing but beggars.
