I need some back to school fashion advice!!!

Okay well I'm getting this hot pink ruffle plaid skirt. It's really cute and it's going to be part of my back to school outfit. I know what I'm going to look like from the waist down, but above my waist I know nothing. I want to go for the preppy girl look, but add my own flare to it will be no problem since my life revolves around clothes, ribbon, fabric, and a pink sewing machine. I just need to know what kind of top would look good with this.

To give you an idea of what I have or am getting from the waist down.

Hot pink ruffled plaid skirt

Black leggings (three quarters)

Pink Converse

What kind of shirt though??

@seaangel All I know is that Hot Pink looks really good with black, so maybe something black?

Sounds like you have alot of pink going on, so what i would do is wear a short sleeved white shirt, BUT with words on it. Black or pink words on it!

But yeah, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE converse I would never leave the house without my converse, way to go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😃

Hmm, maybe it's just that I don't do black, or at least black that's all black and only black even if I can add something to it. I know I'm picky with clothes, but that's just how I am.

Well, I have a white short sleeved shirt. All I need an ironing board and iron. Should I go sparkles or not, the writings going to be hot pink, because again I don't do black.

If your skirt is already sparkled, then sparkles. But if your skirt isn't sparkled, I would prefer no sparkles. 😊 But that's just me.
