I feel like a little kid right now. I woke up, terrified and I can't go back to sleep for fear of it happening again. It was one of those dreams where you were awake but couldn't move. I could breathe and blink but not move. I tried totell myself, "It's only a dream." But my jaw wouldn't work. Then I felt my bed moving, like it was on wheels. I was going really fast. I tried to lift my hand, but it felt like it was asleep. I woke up staring at the same spot of the ceiling as I was staring at in the dream.
I needed to tell someone about it...

@qwaszx I heard noises in my bathroom and thought I saw someone at the door. I went to investigate and no one was there. Freaked now

Dream paralysis? I have heard it is pretty common. I have never personally experienced it but I think it means you are closer to lucid dreaming which is awesome.

But don't be afraid to sleep again unless you sleep directly after you wake up again then you won't have the same dream for good or bad. Your mind has moved on by now so get to bed c:

@qwaszx

Exactly what @Balletninja said~

And, if you find yourself in that situation again in the future you can just close your eyes and kinda take control of the dream;

All you see and do is in your mind, and if you don't like what you see, realize it's a dream and you can change it.
