What's going on with my creature?

My creature, Vallenty,

it's saying that it needs -13 feds to evolve. then, I fed it and the number changed to -14.

whats going on? o.O

I think it means that it already has 14 feeds more than what's necessary for it to evolve.

It means it has 14 more feeds than it needs to to evolve

It means it will evolve at 3 AM Egg cave time because it has more than enough views/click/feeds for it to evolve
