I cant feed my creatures!

I logged on and It said I have already fed my creature, but i didn't. Any Idea whats going on?

That happened to me before too, I couldn't get any eggs, feed my creatures, or attempt to steal an egg from The Asteroid! I just waited and didn't do anything, the next day it was back to normal!

Okay, so @lily- Nope, my friends don't know i play, and I asked my cousin and she said she didn't feed them.

interesting, well eggs can only be fed once in 24 hours on the same IP address (meaning same internet connection). If it hasn't been fed and you can't feed it then it is most likely a glitch.

i didn't really mean like that but it still might be a glitch, i saw someone else have the same problem.😋

@bubbles When @sanibel_18 asked you "when did you feed your eggs the last time?" and you replied "with in the past half hour or so", that's your problem. You said that at around 12:00 AM (midnight) ECT. The feeding actually updates at 3:20AM ECT (see below). (When I say feeding, I don't mean the amount of feeds for a creature, because those - along with clicks - update LIVE.)

One valid IP address can only feed ONCE every DAY. A 'day' = from 3:20AM ECT to 3:20AM ECT the NEXT day.

If you feed a creature BEFORE 3:20AM ECT, then you can feed it AFTER 3:20AM ECT, on the SAME day 😊

Example:
Fed ABC @ 3:10AM ECT today. You can then feed ABC @ 3:21AM ECT today 😃

@himaja When did you last visit the Cave + Asteroid, and when did you last feed? You can only visit them once every day.

What Karamel says is true and probably the cause of this problem. I didn't know for a long time myself as I'm not an early bird and 3 am ECT is 9 am where I am, recently did come across it though...

Ummm....I probably did it around 11:00 AM and then the next day I logged on at around probably 5:00 P.M.(Evening) Well, I tried to steal eggs and feed my eggs but it said I arleady did.

@himaja Hmm... how many times as this happened? If it happens multiple times then you should create an entirely new topic (since this one has been resolved) AND/OR send a ticket 😊 Same with stealing eggs.

For feeding your eggs, have you read my explanation to bubbles? That's probably your cause. When did you feed your eggs?

It only happened once the day after that everything went back to normal.
