*headdesk* I can't do this anymoreeee. D':

I'm EXHAUSTED. I got into bed at midnight, it's past 7 am now, and I didn't get a single blink of sleep. :/
At around 8 pm last night, I was up in my room, doing an intense workout on an App on my phone. My entire body was aching after that.

So the rest of the night, I was just relaxing, you know. My dad came home at nine and he, my sister and I watched Teen Wolf at 11. So I got into bed at midnight and I listened to music on my phone until 1 am.

And then every half hour, I went back to check my phone...

I gave up after a little while and tried to sleep, but I just couldn't get my eyes shut. At around 5 am, my left leg started aching, so I had to keep tossing and turning. Plus, it was burning hot. I got out of bed a few minutes ago and my lower stomach was asching as well when I sat up (from the workout).

I don't know what's wrong... I've been doing this for a few weeks now. I get NO SLEEP at night. None. Zip. Zilch. Goose eggs. Not even a second. I say I'll make up for it in the afternoon, but I'm never tired. When I'm tired at night, my eyes are just wide open.

That's really my only problem, but I don't want it to effect my health or anything, so could someone help me... I dunno... Sleep? ._.

Aww I am sorry to hear that. But it isn't just you, some nights that happens to me, but what helps me is having the TV on very quietly so where you can hear it but it's not loud. I have it where I can faintly hear it but then it is something I can hear while I sleep instead of having a song replay in my head 80 billion times. If this doesn't help, try taking a drowsy medicine, I'd say 1 or 2 a night. I use Tylenol PM I hope this works. If none of that does, I would say go ask a doctor.

Are you stressed out or is something bothering you? If so, share it with some close friends and that might help.

It happens to me quite a lot, but only on certain days. In the daytime, I'm hyper, even when I only did get one hour of sleep, or not even one hour.

I suggest taking Nyquil or Zeequil. When I was sick, I took Nyquil and slept like a baby. Crazy dreams, but, yeah, you get my point. xD Zeequil is also used for sleep medicine. Nyquil is for sick and sleep, Zeequil is just for sleep. :]

If those don't help you, I'm not sure what else to do... Normally I stay up until 1:00-2:00 every morning... ^^;

Try going to sleep soon after you exercise 😊 And eat some junk food and it will put you in a sugar-induced sleep coma 😃 Contrary to popular belief, sugar doesn't make you energetic at all: http://abcnews.go.com/2020/story?id=1658232&page=2#.UAjOmKB0Yfw
