Julia sat down finally. She was so tired from searching with no luck at all. She stared down at her feet wiping sweat off her forehead. It was almost getting dark out. She shivered. Dark is when the monsters come out. She was 14 years old but inside, she was only a little girl who had a strong heart and would die for her friends. No one understood things the way she did. She had ran away from the cruel treatment because the world had changed and she could be free to do anything she wanted to. Somehow, she wanted her old life back. Freedom was too big for her. To big. She was glad for her friends but they were not close to her enough. She would give her life to a random person but now that she thought about it. Life is unexpected, so expect it.
