HI
I have a problem with my storage account username. I can't login with my password anymore - what happened? I did not change anything.

Try resetting the password 😊

And @coatimundi, as far as we know nothing was stolen so I doubt that there was a hacker...

There I found two of the new eggs in the cave - and now they are gone because the account doesn't exist anymore. The user is also not to be found when searching for it....

WHAT IS IT??????

I put both in the trading center and now they are both one. I am so sad...

I had a wiset and a trenka. Perhaps a US friend will give one to me. I am from Germany.

Well thats against the rules, so the mods/ian probably found out & banned the account i guess?

Perhaps you can submit a ticket?

I know another user got hacker and was able to have their creatures restored. Perhaps you did get hacked and they asked to get your account deleted.
