Is the Eggcavern Click Exchange often this laggy?

...I finally got to the page, but it took quite a bit to load. Knew it wasn't my Internet, because I was still accessing everything else in other tabs just fine. I switched it to Firefox and it's equally laggy.

@metaphor Same problem here... It's definitely not down, but it's really slow. The 'Manage Links' part is fine but the actual exchange is really slow...
