Story Time! 8D

I was writing a story a few months ago, back in May, but... Let's just say, I kinda gave up on that. :/ The plot was a little choppy, I wrote it in a random order, and I ran out of ideas for the storyline.

I've started to put together a new story in my head. This story has a richer history, a more exciting plot, and more characters.

Tonight, I'm going to write the history; How the main event in the story happened, and how the characters came to be. This will (hopefully) help with the format once I begin to write the actual story.

The only thing I need help with? NAMES. I'm very limited in names because I hate naming characters after people I know in real life. It takes away the whole "fantasy" aspect for me.

Should I take the names from my older story and use them in this one, or should I get entirely new names?

I just need you guys to throw names at me. Boy names, girl names, common names, unique names, anything you can think of. I just NEED some names!

If you'd like, you can recycle names from your last story, that's what I do sometimes! 😊

I can only think of 2 girl names right now. (which are my favorite names) Isla and Scarlett. Isla is pronounced like island by the way (I-la) 😊

I've seen a few names I know though. XD My name is Danielle and my sis is Samantha, and I've seen those suggested a few times. XD

In my old story, the two names of the main characters were Amelia and Logan. I'd really like to use those names again, but it would destroy all hope for my old story. XD

There are three characters throughout the whole story, and several more along the way. I've just figured out that one of them is going to be named Cassie; I can't think of the names for the boy and the other girl, though. XD I also needn ames for several background characters, and for the enemy/villain.

A lot of these suggestions are very useful, though. 😃 I'll have to think about it.

Okay. I've figured it out. XD The boy's name is Aaron, the two girls are Cassie and Autumn. I'm also using the names Leonardo, Lola, Monroe, Vanessa, Luna, and I may use more.

I'm writing chapter 1 right now, here's a sample:

CHAPTER 1:
*Where am I?*
Aaron opened his eyes to the dim world and kept his eyes glued to the sky. He had no idea where he was, or how he had gotten there. All he knew right now was that two strange girls were crouched down around him.
One of these girls had long, wavy black hair, and shimmering emerald eyes. The other girl had long, blonde hair, and Aaron thought he saw her eyes glowing a deep shade of midnight blue before they faded to a subtle turquoise.
The black-haired girl was the first to speak. "Do you know where you are? Do you know who we are? Do you even know anything?"
"*Cassie.*" The blonde girl snapped. "Calm down. Let him answer."

Aaron was confused. "Umm... No?"
Both girls exchanged glances. They seemed surprised.
"Well then," the black-haired girl began, "you should probably start by learning our names. I'm Cassie," she said.
"And I'm Autumn," the other girl replied.
Aaron lifted his head and looked at the girls. "Okay. Cassie. Autumn. Got it. I'm Aaron... I think."
Autumn nodded. "Works for me."
Autumn wanted to start a conversation, but Cassie wanted to ask more questions. "Do you know anything about yourself?"
"Well, I'm alive, if that's what you're wondering," Aaron snapped.
Cassie sighed. "Okay, I can see where this is going. Well then... There's nothing else you need to know." Cassie looked at Autumn.
Suddenly, a long howl rang through the sky. Autumn twitched.
"Are you sure there's nothing else I need to know?" Aaron asked.
"Certain," Autumn snapped. Her eyes shot wide open in her failed attempt to stay calm. "Nothing at all."
