Sirius continued to run until he reached a clearing. He stopped and waited for Ria to catch up, his ears were perked though.

Ria caught up with him gasping for breath. "How... Can you run.. So fast?" She said between breaths.

Sirius smiled, "After living a whole year with oh your brother you can really enhance your skills." He said and he was barely panting.

Sirius smiled, "Well I used run around for fun, so it helped me become faster. I just ran sometimes, just to run and when I ran I try and get just a bit faster until I was really fast."

Ria smiled. "Running is fun, and that sounds like a really good idea!" She wagged her tail until she smelled prey. She stuck up her nose and sniffed.

"Be careful, this is a really good place for prey but monsters sometimes come here to hint because of the great prey." He warned and then he sniffed the air too.

"Oh..." Ria had to admit, she didn't know that. "How'd you know that?" She whispered, not wanting to scare any prey away. She sniffed the air. Squirrels.

Sirius shrugged, "I think I hunted here when I was young. I just know that this place has monsters," he said softly and then he saw a squirrel nearby.

"Oh.." Ria crouched as the spotted the prey under a tree. She was quite... and pounched! She bit the creature, but it still got out from under her jaws and got away. "Shoot!" She spat.

"You will catch the next one, there is one over there. I will go around it and care it towards you, ok?" Before she could answer he silently went around he squirrel so that he was behind it now. He growled and scared it towards Ria.

The squirrel jumped in surprise and ran toward Ria. Ria bit the squirrel and killed it. She looked up at Sirius and smiled. "Thanks for helping me catch one." She dropped the prey and pushed it towards him. He pretty much caught it, he scared it towards Ria. He should have some of it.

Sirius smiled and shook his head, "You can have it." He pushed it back towards her and he stretched out and let the sun hit his pelt. He sighed contently and closed his eyes but he wasn't asleep.

"Hm... A few months. Demine and I were born far away from here." Ria replied.

Ris nodded. "Demine and I had to fight a few families of bears to get the home we have. Also, a bunch of other beasts tried to beat us for our territory." She sighed. "It's exhausting."

"Ria's fine. You have to remeber. She isnt a baby anymore, you need to see that she is growing up, becoming a fox. Not a kit" Moon said brushing her fur against his.

Demine sighed, relieved that Ria was okay. "I know that she's growing up," he croaked. "But I just can't stop worrying about her! She'll make friends with the meanest of wolves... If I don't look after her- then she'll get herself killed." He looked down at the ground.

Ria nodded and smiled back. "Yep, it was all worth it!" Ria scratched her neck. "Well, when we were far away from here, Demine needed to find an area were he could be as far away from his family as possible. He was pretty strong and confident since his brother believed in him. So he wanted to come here. He found me as a kit, so I went with him."

"Ria is old enough to take care of herself" Moon repeted. "She doesnt need her adopted father looking on her heels 24/7" Moon said and brushed her fur against his neck. " Just remember. If she needs you then she will ask for your help. When she doesnt, dont try to go into her personal life and mkae sure things are so sercure she would get angry" Moon said. "You only do that to kits and pups!" Moon laughed.

Demine chuckled and sighed. "Alright..." He murmured. "But only because you told me." He looked up to see a wolf sleeping in the middle of camp. "Who's that?" He asked.

Ria licked his cheek. "I'm glad I decided to come here too." She blushed.
