Trading CC Creatures

I understand that some Cavers don't have access to CC and I've been asked by a few people about my Paroxies and Pandai, I don't want to trade away my babies but I am willing to buy a few LE just for trades.

so my question is, can I be banned for starting a 'business', I suppose, that deals in CC Creatures?
