Sanguine Hollow (Fantasy RP)

Named for the century-old war that has been taking place in this woodland area, Sanguine Hollow is full of conflict, treachery, adventure. New King Artemus has sat on the throne for over 500 years and it doesn't look like he will be dying of old age anytime soon. He has raised taxes to ridiculous amounts, he has exterminated an entire species of Fae because they refused to become slaves, every year he requires a sacrifice of one creature from each coven who will be forced to work in the kings goldmine for the rest of their life, and above all he is on a quest to find eternal youth, so that his successor will never see the throne.

Fed up with his outrageously long and terrible rule, groups of Fae and creatures have come together, fighting to finally put an end to the tyranny of the Royal Clans. Right now, the Royal Army is at the weakest it has ever been; if there ever was a time, now is the time to strike.

The creatures that reside in the hollow are ancient and strong, even the trees have learned to communicate. Nymphs, faeries, wizards, humans, and all sorts of other unknown beasts stalk the night. Many would say that the Fae have no chance at dethroning their king, but, with the help of the whole of Sanguine Hollow, nothing is impossible.

Appearance: Pointed features, but a very round face, not as petite as other Nymphs, but much stronger. Has the typical short red hair.
Description: Astra was a slave for King Artemus as a child, stolen from her family. She was too young to understand, and she was very manipulable. Later Positioned as the King's squire for her entire adolescence, she was very Aware of the political ongoing. After not agreeing with the rule of the King anymore, she escaped the Castle. There now is a warrant for her death, but she has yet to be caught.
