Count surely didn't expect her to deal him such a strong hit. His head was pulled back slightly as he waited for the pain to subside. For the first few seconds he felt dazed but by the time Aizels question reached his years he was close to fine.
-"This" He said, only to imitate her words from before. His hold on her hands tightened and in only a few seconds she was pulled, or rather thrown, down on the ground beside him. After this Count flipped himself on top of her so that now their positions were switched. Blood from his face dripped down on her.

Since his goal wasn't punching her or attacking her in any other way his hands remained tight around hers and were keeping her arms on both sides of her head.

"ACK!" she let out a squawk, being hauled on the ground as they rolled over, switching places. She squeezed her eyes from the impact of the hard ground but regained her senses in a moment. Blood dripped onto her cheeks, but she ignored it. She had already prepared herself for the punches - she expected them to be fierce and rather heavy.

However, when the blows did not come, her expression softened and she blinked up in confusion. He wasn't attacking, for reasons unknown to her. He just... well... stood there, on her, watching her. It was rather strange. She wasn't complaining though. Letting her tense body relax on the ground, she stared up blankly at Count, underneath half-lidded (tired) eyes.

"And now what?" it was the same question they'd both asked, but in a tone barely above a whisper. She had calmed down, now lacking any trace of the anger from before. Curiosity gnawed at her mind.

After she'd punched, kneed, insulted and shouted at the man, why did he refuse to attack her back...? Surely he wasn't afraid to hit a girl, was he? And, if anything, she definitelly wouldn't be classified as a girl. Her expression softened greatly, guilt settling in her ribcage (she despised feeling guilty). She'd been wrong about him. He was kind, overly so. Cocky and arrogant, that was true, but was treating her with gentleness one would treat a female... And that was surely new to her... and frankly - it felt strange.

Judging from her softened eyes it seemed the girl was calm now. Counts grip on her hands became much lighter, even to the point that she could free herself whenever she wished. As far as the man was concerned their fight was over. He remained silent and didn't reply to her question. He only moved away from her and slowly stood up. Once his balance was good and he was standing firmly of his feet, he offered Aizel a hand to help her get up as well. Meanwhile he tried removing some of the warm red liquid from his face.

-"You ca leave, if you still want to that is." He informed her with a emotionless expression.

Still sprawled out on the floor, Aizel only moved when Count reached to offer her a hand. She sat up suddenly, cross-legged, and looked up at him (again) with a blank expression, not yet accepting the hand, but not rejecting the offer either. And... again, he'd helped her while the facts and the blood on his face stated he should have at least thrown her a punch.

She frowned. "Hit me." it was an order, not a proposal, that was sure. If nothing, it annoyed her - his gentleman behaviour was a thing she was both intrigued by, but also despised. She'd been in the assasin guild enough time to know what a man's fist felt like. Broken limbs and whatnot - it was a thing she knew she could handle. So why did he refuse to treat her like a warrior and instead decided to let her go... just like that.

Adruptly, she rightened herself, hands placed on her hips as she looked at Count from ...below (the guy's height was starting to pis her off so very much...)

Count couldn't help but give out a light laugh at Aizels command. He was able to understand why she would ask for such a thing but the request was ridiculous all the same. She previously acted as any fighter would, avoiding injuries and trying to escape but now that he allowed her to leave and made it clear he wouldn?t hurt her, she didn?t move from her spot and even started demanding to be hit. It seemed her main goal was to disobey Count rather than anything else.

Trying to neither anger her by ignoring her command nor waste strength on her, the man gave her a rather soft punch. It was placed on her arm and obviously wasn?t suppose to damage her.
-?There. Happy now? ? Count asked sounding rather annoyed.

At the light punch, Aizel frowned, glaring death at Count for the umptieth time that day. She'd been intrigued when he'd treated her kindly, but it was starting to get on her nerves. Count was obviously acting like a gentleman but to Aizel (bash-headed as she was) it seemed as if he was trying to mock her. He refused to treat her like a fighter, but instead was visibly attempting to show her clearly that she was inferior - a woman.

She growled quietly. "Stop treating me like a weakling. I'm not one of your stupid madmoisells." she hissed at him threateningly.

True, he was stronger than her, but it didn't mean he had the right to classify her as some pathetic weakling he must be used to meeting. If nothing, she was NOT a woman... She was a fighter and however nice it felt to not be treated to punches and kicks, dignity meant much more to her.

-"True, your are in no way a " mademoiselle ". To start off you're too brash, also rather loud. It is obvious by both your appearance and actions what you are and what you want to be viewed as. Still it doesn't depend on what i " tag " you as whether you are strong or not. There are many ladies that can take on a man without trouble, and i know a few of them that could defeat you, an obvious fighter, in a mater of minutes." Count explained to Aizel. He found it a bit stupid that she thought ones strength must be mirrored by their appearance and personality.
After a short period of silence he sighed and continued.
-"Any way however you want to put it, i don't consider you a weakling."

Not feeling like starting yet another argument or fight with the girl, he fixed his mistake from before. He formed his hand into a fist and without restriction to his strength he gave her another punch, only now much more serious.
-"Do you feel more equal to a warrior now?" Count questioned.

Impatiently waiting for the man to finish with his lecture, Aizel tapped er foot on the ground in an annoyed manner. Yes, once agian, Count was demonstrating what dignity and wits he possessed, in order to prove himself right. To this, however she refrained from getting angered.

"Strange how this conversation began..." she mumbled quietly, strict black gaze trained on the ground, lips pursed. She seemed to be rather tired if nothing. "I'm stupid too, don't forget that. But in all means, this proves that you had no reason to get involved with me. You should have captured Arizona instead - then you'd have a lady to level to, not a trouble-maker." her voice held a deathly serious note, she lacked the childish behaviour from a few minutes ago. "As it seems you've had you're fun humiliating me, then I'll take my leave."

Pushing past him, not roughly but rather nonchalantly, she walked over to gather her jacket and guns from the floor and threw them on. Reaching into her jacket pocket, she produced a packet of cigarettes and placed one between her lips, not yet lighting it. Smoking reduced stress for her and even if she didn't have a lighter, only the sensation of nicotine paper in her mouth worked well too.

With even steps, she returned to the door, gave Count's wound one nonchalant glance and walked out.

Count was very much being eaten by negative feeling at the moment. No matter how much he tried to get along with Aizel, not anger her or do anything similar, in the end his actions and words were twisted so that they would lose their good intention.
-"I didn't mean to....." The man started, still his voice faded out completely after only a few words. As the girl exited Count didn't even turn to her. His eyes were fixed on the ground with guilt and a slight amount of remorse. It was very unusual for him to act in this way. In other cases he would still be in the process of proving himself "sinless" and always right, he would chase after the person who viewed him negatively so that he could convince them to reconstruct their thinking of him. Still, this time he had already granted the girl the freedom to leave and it seemed she hated him so very much that he couldn't possibly change her mind.

Walking out of the room didn't solve any of her problems, however. She found herself in a rather messy living room with Will inhabiting it. The boy was talking on the phone to someone, no doubt a girl, hence his flustered manner of talking. Not even bothering to give him a second glance, she walked to the first door she spotted and placed one hand on the doorknob. A metallic gleam on her corner of her eyes made her halt. It was a silver lighter, laying unattended on the table nearby. It was encrusted beautifly with a few fake diamonds and one silvery sculpture. Without giving it a second thought, she reached over and snatched it, trotting out and slamming the door after herself. Outside, she paused, inspecting the pretty item before lighting up the cigarette and breathing in the blissful nicotine.

Of course, quick as she was to leave, Aizel had left behind her precious canteen of brandy. Stopping in her tracks, she pondered on whether to go back or leave it. If anything, she had no desire to come face to face with Count again. she looked down to the lighter. It was an exchange - she'd left the canteen and taken the lighter. Fair enough.

Aizel sighed, walking off. The street was unfamiliar to her - she didn't live in this town so she knew only the neightbourhoods that her victim visited. Choosing a random direction, she took off.

Soon enough Counts confusion and regret turned into rage. His eyes turned dark and melted into a glare that was directed at nothing in particular. Almost as if the ill feelings they portrayed were meant for the man himself and not someone or something else. Unable to handle his own thought he only armed himself with more guns, knives and explosives all until it seemed as if he was going into war. These were the preparations for his "hunt" but they were taken to an extreme, with all the weapons he had with him he could have killed half the wanted people in the city.
He also noticed the small metal canteen left behind by Aizel. Being small enough to fit into Counts pocket, it was also taken along. The man knew Aizel wouldn't return, even to retreat her belongings. He easily decided to keep it and if it ever happens he crosses paths with the girl he would return it to her.

Count silently exited the same way the girl did previously, passing by William who looked puzzled. The boy cut the girl off in the middle of the conversation. He often did this so many people disliked contacting him over the phone. He was about to question his brother of what had happened in the hopes of understanding the situation, still once he saw the ,mans dark gaze he decided it would be best to remain silent. As Count left Will was once again left alone in the room. The man had take information on all of his targets and was heading out to the nearest one. He wouldn't stop until all of the scum were dead or until he himself was taken out.

@onyx XD Randomness FTW! O3O

Aizel grunted, already lost among the streets. The area was completely unknown to her so during her aimless wandering, not only had she lost her way back to her only familiar place - Count's house, but she'd entered deeper into the city, entering the ghetto suburbs of Count's town. Walking around, she was surprised to be welcomed rather nonchalantly. Noone even acknowledged her - she seemed to be blending in quite well.

Now, the neighbourhood had begun loking rather familiar - it was her first victim's territory. Allegian Credo - well known drug dealer but so secretive that the police had not yet found a reason to accuse him of his crimes. He and his gang were rather good at hiding, so therefore they presented a threat to Aizel's customer. Prolemn Johnathon - the man Aizel had been hired by to cleanse the dealer. A few big name dealers - enemies to Prolemn also lived in this area, so she knew it would probably be a quick job to anniolate them all.

Only about ten minutes into his hunt, Count already took out two targets. His already bloody clothes were now completely dyed crimson red. Still he did not care, even the pain which had returned to his arm didn't make him stop. Anger was still blurring his thoughts and it only grew as he slaughtered. This only reminded him of how he was turned into a lowlife who kills on command. Any part of his past could make him furious. For a moment he also wondered how Aizel had come to be what she is now.

Count now reached his third target. Usually he liked to take on a role of a sniper and hide calmly as he killed his enemy but he was in the mood to fight face to face at the moment. He even started using knives and blades much more than firearms as he typically would.

Now boldly strolling the streets, Aizel neared her first victim. She was tired out already and had no desire for vicious fighting. And to top it off, her guns had no amo. This meant she would be forced to kill her first victim barehanded and then find a weapon - gun or knife...

"Tsk." she neared the supposed adress and casually flung the door open, walking in the dimly lit house. The foyer was dusty, with numerous pairs of shoes scattered in it. Nonchalantly, she picked up one high-heeled shoe and proceeded inside. The living room was large - expected. Two forms lay in it, tangled in each other. both jolted up at the sound of the slammed door - it was Allegian and a woman (suuposedly his wife or girlfriend). The man rushed to stand up, recognizing her immediatelly. "Tylk!" he roared out, but wasn't given a chance to continue - cut off by a heel being slammed into his temples, breaking the skin. Immediatelly, he fell. The woman had already gone up the stairs, yet Aizel wasn't in the mood to chace after her now. Looing around, she quickly spotted the two guns laying on the table nearby - forgotten in the man's hurry, and picked them up, tucking them under her shirt.

Without further ado, she fetched the lighter from her pocket, flipped the top open and bent down, setting fire to the furry Siberian carpet. In a matter of seconds, the living room flared with fire and she was already a kilometer from the house.

Count had forgotten what number he was at as one more nameless unimportant man feel before him. This reckless behavior of his was coming to an end as he was tired out to the point where he had to stop. Soon he stood on the flat roof of one rather high building, resting before he made his way back. As he gazed out at the city he noticed the outcome of Aizel's work, a "small" fire which engulfed only one house and its surroundings. Although, he did not know this was the girls doing. He noted himself he should watch the news later today, firstly to see if he succeeded in being unnoticed as he finished his tasks, and secondly to see what that fire was all about. Only now he realized how stupid his actions were, taking out so many targets at once, facing them head on instead of from the shadows and all that with a bad injury.

Walking towards the next victim's house, Aizel was rather pleased by the havoc the burning house had caused. Most of the region was gathering there, so therefore, her next victim's neightbourhood would be partially empty. She smiled, proceeding to the mansion - it was Prolemn's mansion, but she passed it nonchalantly, making a circle and instead, ending up barging into a house near his. Once again, she was welcomed with surprise by it's inhabitants. It was only one person though. This time, she didn't even bother entering the living room and simply tugged on the trigger from the foyer. However, the pistols in her hands made a choked noise and refused to shoot.
"Darn..." she uttered, throwing the weapons aside and instead, walked in, rather non-caring in doing so.

The man fiddled around, desperate to reach any weapon on defense and ended up darting to the kitchen for a utensil. He had returned, shortly, with a butcher knife, pointing it at Aizel.

She raised an eyebrow.

Skipping out of the burning house happily, Aizel was contently smirking to herself five minutes later, butcher knife in hand. At least this weapon didn't have a chance of failing her like the guns had done. Nonchalantly, she strolled over to Prolemn's mansion and stopped in front of the gates, knife tucked under her shirt and hands placed on her hips.

~I don't really know where I am, so I'll just start... Somewhere! ;D ~

The street was dark and cold. There were no streetlights here in this out-of-way part of town, but tonight Leroy found that oddly soothing. Despite the late hour, he was still in uniform and therefor the cold was no problem, allowing him to take his time as he wandered down the road. He was supposed to be off duty by now, but after all those killings there was no way he could have simply turned around and gone home. Instead, he had decided drop by and interview a witness who'd been at the scene of the crime. He knew he ought not to barge in to someone's house like this, but Leroy did so frequently and for some reason, no one seemed to mind. Actually, no one ever seemed to mind Leroy, period. He was the one who minded them.
But that was all immaterial tonight, as the witness happened to be an old... Associate of Leroy's.
Recognizing the drive (it being the only one for ages anyway), he decided to take it at a jog and arrived at the door within the minute. He knocked briskly and listened for sounds of people moving about the house. It wasn't too long before the door was pried open and he was met by a hesitant smile. A young girl, looking about 17 years of age, with hazel eyes and long black hair. She stared wordlessly at him, her eyes blank and unsure. If she had been more confident about herself, perhaps she would have been quite pretty.
