My x has x but isn't evolving!

I see this too much here, this is probably the wrong place to put it but it is a "problem".

There was recently a glitch that didn't allow a handful of creatures to evolve. That has been fixed on July 17.
All creatures evolve at 3:20 AM ECT. If after a day or two and your creature hasn't evolved:

Hard refresh by pressing "Ctrl" and "F5" which forces the page to update from a cache
Clear your cache:
