Just made my account today and it's telling me to post here, and like a good rule-abiding user, I will do as I am told...So...Hey. I also need 5 friends to get rid of that reminder thing at the top. Y'all can call me Tera if you ever see me again. I enjoy lurking so you might not.

Thanks for the Welcome everyone. What is there to do after you've gotten your Eggs? And is there a purpose for large amounts of Egg Coins? Do they plan on releasing items that we can trade among each other? Or is it simply going to remain the Travel Shop alone?

@terabyteyou can buy a calla for 100,000 EC at the SAR (science and research) center. You can also use EC in trades 😊

@terabyte After you've obtained some eggs, you can raise them into hatched stages. Like I said, look at the FAQ (it has a lot of information!): http://eggcave.com/explore/faqClick to the Eggs/Creatures section and the answer to your question is the second one 😉Egg Coins (mostly known as EC) are useful for buying/auctioning/trading creatures. Large amounts (usually a few millions) can go for a few hundred CC (which can only be obtained by trading, or buying it for yourself with real money). You can also buy a Calla are the SAR Center - that's the only way to get a Calla, apart from trading. We don't know what will be introduced or created on Egg Cave (it wouldn't be as entertaining if we did 😉 ), but you can post suggestions and creature suggestions in the "Suggestions & Ideas" section (in the forum). At the moment, you can only trade creatures + EC, although you CAN gift CC (so therefore you can trade CC by using the Gift option) 😊 xx

@karamelSorry. I wasn't meaning what is there to do with your pets, but what is there to do with the site other than gathering the Eggs. It just seems like that's the only thing to do...Then you just wait for them to level. It sounds like it would get old really fast.

@terabyteWelcome =)This site is about gathering eggs, but there are over 180 spices. You cant get em all form cave so you need to collect Egg Coins, Cave Cash or other worthy creatures to get the one you want. You can also chat on the blog, talk on the forums and explore the site. It's really fun ^-^

@terabyte There are more than 180 different types of creatures and some of them aren't available 😉You can buy exclusive items with CaveCash (commonly known as CC), but to get CC you must pay real money (but it's safe) through PayPal. You can trade your creatures, chat on the blog and forum and make friends! And your creatures can only level up if they get views, clicks and feeds. The level of your creature is the average of its views, clicks and feeds. Once your creature is over level 2000, it is immortal and therefore can survive regardless of any low happiness. Your creatures can die of extremely low happiness, so make sure to feed them every day to keep them happy. You can also click the "explore" button (or hover your mouse over it and see what things you can do and where you can go) 😉 xx
