Banner for new members

Even though I'm not new, this account is new.
It says I've completed the 4 steps, however it hasn't disappeared.
Is it suppose to stay even when you complete the four tasks, or is it suppose to go away?
If it is suppose to go away, why hasn't mine yet?

@plantparadise; Okay. I've seen other people say it goes away once you complete the tasks, that's why I was wondering.

@shelby you can also click the "Hide This Notification" link to get rid of it early, however.
