why do people ask for a male <insert creature name here>? or a female <insert creature name here>? is it just because of their name? some people say they want a "mate" for their egg. can you really get eggs that way?

When people are asking for certain genders, they usually have 2 of the same genders or they might want 2 of the same gender. For instance I have two female snolo's and I put one in the trade center asking for a male one. I most likely is asking for a male because I want my female snolo to have a male mate

A mate is a boyfriend or a girlfriend.

Some people also do it because they want their creatures to have siblings or best friends, so it just depends on what gender they are looking for.

You don't. That's why people trade for the other one.

You don't get eggs on forum, you pick one to represent you on your profile. Go to my stuff then edit profile then pick which one you want to be shown.
