Help. Rarity question. sheep and luvleis

So I'm trading 2 ries and I got an offer of a luvlei for both and another offer of a frozen sheep egg for both eggs. which should I accept? and if it isn't too much can you include why?

@pea First I need to know if the rie are frozen. If they're not, you should DEFINITELY accept the frozen sheap egg, they are really rare and totally worth the two ries.
