Which is a better offer for a Pandai?

1. A Bliz, Roasen, Plore, and Ulert.
2. 350 CC + 200k EC.
3. A Schnee, Prath, Shillas, + 100k EC.

I'm not that good of a trader but I think the only offer that I think is okay for a Pandai is #2. But since Pandais are worth 500 CC right now, I think it'd be better if that person could offer more EC maybe. 😊
