Question About Borrowing CC

How does one borrow CC? What are the rules and regulations? Or does that just fall upon both players? I was wondering because I'm in need of some later tonight for my Pandai and sadly I won't be getting CC for awhile. :C

@saph - I've seen people give CC and just have the people pay them back later, or you could trade for the CC. There are no set rules, except, obviously, don't rip people off. 😊

I'm afraid I don't have anything worthy of paying for it myself right now. xD Purely only interested in borrowing. And of course, stealing online is pathetic, and downright childish, I was more curious if there were specific deadlines the CC would have to be sent back, or is that just deliberated with the two users?
